How to Get Started

How Recurring Bill Payments Work

  • The merchant or vendor will request your credit card account number, expiration date and the amount you want to pay automatically.
  • The merchant or vendor is responsible for submitting the charge.
  • Recurring bill payments can be set up for weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or any other type of payments.
  • Contact merchants directly if there's a mistake in the amount billed, or to cancel or discontinue automatic bill payments.
  • If your credit card is lost or stolen, call the Customer Service number on the back of your card and report it immediately. When you receive and activate your new card, be sure to send your new card information to the merchants and vendors you pay automatically.
