Can I get a Citi Health Card if I already have a Visa or MasterCard from Citibank?

How long will it take to get my card?
Once approved, you can use your Citi Health Card account immediately. Your card will arrive in about 2-3 weeks. If you want to use your Citi Health Card account before receiving your card, just be sure to have a photo ID with you for verification purposes.

Yes. If they are 18 years of age or older, they can be added as an Authorized User by calling Customer Service at 1-866-832-8762. We're available Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET.

Is there an expiration date for my card?
If you have an expiration date, it will be printed on the front of your card.

Can I make payments at my provider’s office?
No. We accept payments online for the Citi Health Card account if you are signed up to use our Account Online feature, or you may mail payments to Citi Health Card, P.O. Box 9025, Des Moines, IA 50368-9025.
